Some of you may know I harbor a hidden goal.
It is not an easy goal to achieve but it is on my bucket list.
I have tried twice and failed twice.
It requires a dedicated effort in diet, exercise, and planning.
I want to, in a single calendar year, run 500 miles. Barefooted.
Several things have stopped me in the past. A foot injury. A cold. Working too much overtime. A bad choice in my diet.
But today I reached a milestone. Earlier today I ran 5.5 miles to reach 300 miles. Yeahooo!!! Actually today’s run pushed my total running distance, since Jan. 1, to 303.5 miles.
I feel good!
