Despite my “minor health episode” 2 weeks ago, or maybe because of it, I still want to run my 500.
It is a difficult goal to reach in any circumstances, but I have also lost over a week of running, and my strength and endurance are still not 100%.
I still have about 2 weeks to accomplish this goal. The next few days will determine if I am going to reach my original goal.
Meanwhile I am enjoying this latest milestone. 😉
